• Welding Procedure Specification (WPS): Quickly generate WPS documents by inputting your data;
  the software handles calculations and standard compliance.
• Procedure Qualification Record (PQR): Store and manage all PQRs with full traceability,
  filtering options, and automatic matching to relevant WPS documents.
• Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ): Efficiently manage welder certifications, with
  features like auto-filling certificates, visual warnings for expirations, and easy matching to WPS requirements.
• Document Management: An integrated document viewer allows for easy navigation and retrieval

• Maintenance Management: All your devices, tools and other equipments are tracked easily and

Yes, the application is alerting you per mail in the last month of expiration several times.
In addition to this, the expiration dates are highlighted in different colors to visualize the
remaining time.

5. Can we create our own WPS's?
You can create all your finished WPS's in the application, so you will be able to track and manage
them as well.

6. How does the license work and what does it cost?
The license is billed monthly over a one-year term. Pricing begins only after your account
has been fully set up. Our support team will handle the import of all necessary data into the
application. Your billing period starts only after this setup is complete.

7. Are there hidden costs?
There are no additional or hidden costs included in any form.

3. Is this a one-time purchase or a monthly (or yearly) fee?
The pricing is displayed as a monthly rate and applies to an annual subscription.

8. Are updates included in the price or are there additional costs?
All updates and bug fixes are included in your subscription. You will always receive the best
we have to offer.

9. How is support arranged?
From the moment your subscription begins, you will be provided with a dedicated support
email address, monitored 24/7 by our support team. In the event of any incident, you will be
kept informed at every stage until the issue is fully resolved.

Additionally, we offer a separate contact channel for collecting customer feedback.
This enables us to continuously evaluate your suggestions and work towards implementing
them in future product updates.

(e.g., tax, commercial, or accounting laws) or a legitimate interest (e.g., to defend against legal claims)
requires further retention.

If no such obligation or interest exists, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with
applicable data protection laws.
